Day 1 of TBRC, no booze, walked 61 minutes, ate only healthily<1200 cal (not enough). Weight stayed the same, because of old catch up from previous two days-I imagine. Told John about no booze, and he doesn’t get it. I think the last time I went that long is when I was nursing my youngest-and he’ll be 21 next month. HA!
