Went a bit over on the RDI today. I guess I could have just not had the butter with my dinner, but I have been staying on track and losing, so I guess a few calories won't hurt.
I have not been recording my exercise at all, but rest assured, I am not being stagnant. Things have been hopping at work and I am up and down from my desk at least 10 times a day. Plus housework and the usual...I just don't feel like taking extra time on the computer or phone once I get home.
It was a stressful day, and there are some Lindor Truffles calling my name...I hope I have the willpower to not answer their call. I just know that one of them will not live through the night. LOL!!
