Finding myself wanting to eat but fighting...I'm a little hungry and want bad stuff...ok ok moderation..I can have anything I want count it and portion it...pizza again cause goin' to a friends house not gonna tell her I had pizza last night too!!! Yesturday was the first time I got my percentages right more protein than fat and under 50 on my carbs. wish everyday could be like that!!! still need to exercise more...work on it work on it!!! Thanx for listening!

You can do it! You want more days like that? I try to plan my days meala and snacks, one day ahead. I least I plan good food, have lots of healthy snacks planned and on hand. Works well for me.

Moderation is definitely the key, no reason to give up the things you like =)

Hang in there, these cravings will pass and become less and less. It is not real hunger usually. Deep breaths, sip iced water, raw veggies as much as you like, portion and try to stay within your R.D.I. You can do this:) Best Wishes Towanda
