This is my first time of using a forum. So, here I go! I am on the quest of losing 10 stones. Started on the 2nd of Jan. What have I being doing? Well, started a food diary - a small note book in my bag, religiously logging everything that is going through my mouth. Started using the gym that I have been paying for but never used. Calorie counting my foods. Reduce my intake from an average of 3000 per day (well over on some days ) down to 1800 per day. I've been so afraid of failing to continue this routine and wondered if I can keep all these up. And 13 days on, I've surprised myself. Just weighed myself and looks like I am on the way to being fantabulous - lost 4kg!! I have stayed motivated by not broadcasting my goal to move from flabtalous (my word for clinically obesed) to fantabulous. I am hoping that the evidence would speak for itself. I have been so motivated by this forum too. Well done all! Kudos!!
