Diario di Fat to Fit 88, 25 lug 19

Good day everyone,

My unofficial weight this morning was down 400g from Monday - not as big of a drop as the first two weeks of restarting my diet but still good progress seeing that it was only 3 days and so much other factors can also contribute to this.

We are going away this weekend, and I will try my VERY best to keep to schedule as much as possible and make will for sure make healthy and sensible choices. The fact that I officially weigh in on Monday will also give some motivation.

Don't fret about fluctuations like 400g over a period of days, your body will vary through a range (depending on time of day, foods eaten, etc). Focus on reducing your average weight over weeks to months. Spend your efforts on lifestyle changes and consistent healthy eating habits. All the best!
