I never knew that doing housework was such a good work out i am so hot and i need a good shower. I have been keeping to my not eating after 8pm which has been a little hard when my husband brings dinner home at 7:30. I eat what i can and when 8pm hits i stop even if i have some left over. What a waste of good food. I have been doing my wii every day and also been doing more house work then normal. I hate house work. I have been seeing the numbers going down on the scale on wii so i will be keeping this up.
