This is my best weight since October last year. Low carb - not low enough to be keto - and low alcohol (an occasional glass of wine but not the bottles of the good stuff I was consuming daily) has my weight and blood pressure dropping.
I am aiming for a permanent loss of just 500g per week, or 2kg per 4 weeks.
