Shouldn’t have had those two pieces of delicious pepperoni pizza last night at Angelos, but unlike the IPA and ribs, those calories were TOTALLY worth it! It IS fascinating this significant daily weight fluctuations . I don’t panic about it now, like I did in the beginning. Knees almost back to 100%. Tomorrow I start walking again‼️
