Take a look at what I did to the Ride Smoothie, down to 12.5 carbs, 189 cals. Remove high carb/cal items, Apple Juice, Almond Butter, Maca Powder, Flax Seed. Also, calculated a 5 week plan to get to 175, from current 185. 175 is the upper end of Normal BMI of 25. Current BMI at 28. Two pounds per week is a 1,550 cal day, which is not a problem on exercise days. I'm averaging NET (kcal) - 1,000+ per day, with exercise. RDI is set to 2,000. So, I only need to keep a NET (kcal) - 500 or better. That will do it. Five weeks is up September 16, 2019. We'll see. Just get your NET (kcal) - 500 or better per day and goal should happen. The exercise is going very well in the 100+ degree heat for two hours.
