Almond flour / farinha de amêndoas
Flaxseed flour or psyllium husk /farinha de linhaça
1egg / 1 ovo
Baking powder / fermento de bolo
Xylitol / xylitolb
Warm water / água morna

Mix it all together then cook in a nonstick skillet :)

1 large egg 4 full tea spoons of almond flour 1 full tea spoon of flaxseed 1 full tea spoon xylitol or powder Stevia Warm water until you get a smooth consistency

I tried already 3 times doing keto pancakes and always failed. These look good😊

Beata. Avoid too many ingredients Make as if you were making a normal panckace but instead of flour and sugar you change to almond flour and sweetener
