I missed my weigh in yesterday and will miss it again next week. I hope I do not fall into the trap. Sometimes knowing I will not be able to weigh in is a signal to eat, eat, eat, and eat. Promising myself I will get back on program tomorrow. But NOT this time, I will stay on my food plan. This week was my birthday and I only had dessert at retreat one evening. I was proud of my actions at retreat, I limited my snacks and my prtions. I WILL keep on plan until my next weigh in. I am off on another trip today, will keep in touch.
