My days at work continue to be very busy. I was able to get in exercising after work today. Trying out my kettle bell. I like it. I have went over in my calories today. BUT...I am heading to my stationary bike to put some time in! Not a lot happens in my life. Seems I just go thru my days, watching what I eat, exercising, working, and keeping up my home.
