Well my binge on Friday and my detox on Saturday and Sunday have paid off. Maybe that is what my body needed - a total shock to it. Either way I haven't seen this # for 5 yrs so I am pretty happy w/that.
Yesterday was a nice boost, I had a person from work say to me "Boy have you lost a lot of weight, you look really good!" That was a nice feeling and the push that I needed to stay really focused and see this journey through to the end.
