Yikes, this weekend has reminded me I am in a lifetime battle. I am a food addict and I have been on a two day binge. I am going to get back in the saddle tomorrow and I can do this! I know what to do and have seen the results of what happens when I do what I am "supposed" to! So, here's to a renewed effort! Go me!
