I'm thinking of eating all the time...it is really hard not to give in to temptations :( My goal seems unreachable.

best way to do that is to engage yourself in any busy activity so that you don't think about eating:)

set a smaller goal .like to lose 5 pounds then when you accomplish that goal set another one for 5-10 pounds .i think when you set agoal to lose lots of weight it can depress you to see the scale barely moving.
