OH WOW!!! I REALLY OVER DID IT!!!! Had a busy few days. But today was BAD. That is what happens when I don't watch! Planning to fast Sunday. I have some time off work. I want to get in MORE exercise, NOT MORE food! Better get off here and get on the stationary bike!!!

Don't stress too much. One bad day won't undo all the good you've been doing. The important thing is you caught yourself and are making a correction. The good thing is you still got in some exercise and the over indulgence came by way of a salad... truth be told you could have done much worse! Out of curiosity... why the fast? I didn't think those were healthy but I won't pretend to know much about them which is why I'm asking.

But you had an extremely busy week and your body may have just simply needed the extra calories to keep going. Now with your time off, you can focus on you and that awesome control you have with your calories. Just think of all the time you will have to plan and prepare! Lucky girl!!!
