addon... well didnt go for a walk, and didnt go to the gym...i was really tired when i woke up this morning...i think its just all the heat an humidity from the last several days...so just gonna mellow out today and stay cool an take it easy...try an stay outta the sun as much as i can...suppose to be really humid today...so gonna try an cut calories when i can and watch all the calories i take in today...have a great day....
