Just got done entering my food the new way. Think I will like it. I tried 2 new recipes today. Both were very good. The first I had for breakfast, the second was for an evening snack with my husband. I MUST have mis-understood the recipe. I understood it to be 3 points a serving. WELL, after tasting how sweet it was....I realized that HAD to be incorrect!!! It was! After using the WW tools, it is 8 points a serving!!!! I do not remember where I found this recipe, so I do not know where I can re-check it. Chalk it up to another one of my many cooking blunders!!! Well here goes with my points for the day...
Baked banana bread oatmeal-5, cottage cheese-2, 2 cheese sticks-4, Sp.K bar-2, Hard boiled egg-2, Tostitos-5, "WW" Apple Streusel-8! Total of 28 points. Thought I would have some to spare, but NO! I was able to get in an extra workout. Now I am heading to the stationary bike!
