so it's been a week since I have been doing calorie counting so was invited for supper tomorrow nite for my sister in laws birthday , any advice as too how I can stick to my diet . We going to a restaurant

check the menu before hand if you can and try and make a decision based on your plan... getting to a restaurant hungry may mean that your eyes speak for you 😉 I add my meal to my app tracker plus drinks before I go for dinner... sometimes I even do it the morning before I go out ..

In fact.. I'm going for dinner tonight and I have already decided what to eat and tracked the calories... My treat is time with my friend not the food...
