Eating at maintenance is hard. I feel like Im a human garbage disposal, and yet, Im maintaining my lowest weight within about 2 pounds. Im currently 1 pound over. It really just blows my mind that it works like this. Im glad I took some time to adjust before jumping back in because I think it will make it easier at the end. Its hard to break old habits, and I still find them creeping in, but I also feel like Im better equipped to handle them now. That said, I completely understand how people can lose a ton of weight and then gain it back plus more.
