Well, yesterday 8/17/10 right after I signed up for the reduce your body fat challenge I actually had my body fat tested for the 1st time. I am just guessing since I know people with 2% and 19% body fat that my 47.4% body fat is not something I should be wanting to keep.I think I signed up for that challenge just in time. I am guessing that if I had it tested in July when I got really serious about this it was over 50%. I will be interested to see what it is at the end of the challenge.
