feels really good to finally see some progress now just trying to work on exercising consistently I have very bad arthritis in my knee last week went to the gym after a long time and my knee swell up so bad so this time I'm going to attempt it but I will not do any leg exercises trying to lose at least 25 to 15 lb by March 3rd already down 13
98,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 5,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 5,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
