today I take an Inbody Scan in order to know more about my body structure.
I think it's very necessary to do so if you are trying to lose or gain weight. The scan cost $40. in my country that would be only $15, but that's okay 😂😂😂
As my guess, my scale is not accurate. so I've to change my current weight.
I'm 72.1 kg, .my body fat is 29.2% which is overweight, my visceral fat is on level 8 which is okay but can better if lower.
the most funny fact is, from the Muscle-fat analysis, basically it says my weight, my muscle (SMM) and my body fat all are higher...😂😂
luckily my muscle is strong and enough.
