One of my favourite food is vietnamese pork roll. I know that bread doesn't look healthy but I didn't realise it's not only unhealthy but also with very very high energy.
that says it is around 600 energy for A bread....
yesterday I had half, but even only half of it still push all my calories too high that makes me couldn't have much dinner, it's a bit tough last night because of this.
