I'm just getting fatter and fatter..not sure how much is water from carbs or actual gain. sad that I really could have reached goal weight by my cruise but instead I'll be heavier than ever....the sad part is that the cruise is only in 6 days so I feel like I can't start my health kick yet cause don't think I'll be good in the cruise....I want to start fresh when I get back from the cruise but I am trying to no longer binge eat to limit my gaining until the cruise. I can't wait to get this gain off.

Going on the cruise doesn't mean you have to eat all the 'free' food. Be selective. Only sample what you really fancy. Make use of the facilities. Walk the decks. And most of all: ENJOY!!!
