@PutraHartawan : Simple aja. - Dada ayam tanpa tulang : 100gr (dipotong sesuai selera,kalo ak potong kecil2 kaya di foto) - Wortel,buncis,kubis : masing2 sekitar 30gr - Bumbu : garlic powder (3gr),merica(3gr), royco (5gr) -- pake garem biasa doank jg boleh,sesuai selera aj.ak pake royco biar sedep. Lagian dikit doank. *Masaknya : siapin panci teflon, masukin air 250ml ,kalo air udh mendidih masukin ayam & bumbu dlu sekitar 3 menit ,terus masukin wortel & buncis 2 menit,terakhir masukin kubis tunggu sampe 5 menit,terus jadi deh.
