The dreaded day arrived. Thank God I didn’t go over the horrendous 200 mark.
Waist gain 3 inches. (Beer and chocolate). Weight gain: not as bad as I thought considering the circumstances. Today is a new day. Still unpacking after my three month absence. John has been super sick and has deemed it necessary to share with me. So I feel like crap. Yesterday I truly laughed for the first time, since mom’s death, at a stupid blonde joke. It felt good to laugh.
