Hello FS Buddies. I have been full force for almost a month now, but I have not journaled. Soo....here I am. It won't be long but I figure I might as well get the ball rolling right?In the past three weeks I have lost about 5lbs. I've been working out a lot so I hope I have lost more fat and put on some muscle. I've been getting compliments at work and my clothes are feeling a little more loose now. I'm slowly creeping towards my lowest weight but I've got about 9 more lbs to go before that happens. I just gotta keep on keepin on :) I have been reading everyone's journals and FS stalking everyone. Everyone is doing quite well I am happy to see. Keep it up! In my mind, I think that if I would've just kept it up with you guys, I would be at my goal by now. But, I can't be hard on myself. What's done is done, it's the past, moving FORWARD!!! I want to make this my final push. After the these years of losing and maintaining, I want to reach that finish line. Persistance is key! My mind needs to be in it no matter how hard it gets! Well, HEY! So nice to see someone else on Eat TO Live; and doing such a good job! You are a little under me,(I'm at 203) coming down from 253. I see you have a lot of buddies already, so I hope we can chat back and forth from time to time, I LOVE Dr Fuhrman, and am waiting for my ETL wristband to come in the mail any day now! Carry on! :)
