What sort of things do YOU do?
Intermittent fasting, cal counting, portion control, clean eating etc?
Currently I just binge eat for 4 hrs at night and then feel too sick to eat again all day 😂🤦‍♀️

Calorie counting and macros 50 percent carb 25 proteins 25 fats with as little cholesterol as possible too. Plus recording all activities and trying to make sure I burn 1000 calories more than intake each day. This has worked very well for me.

Same as Dave but 50% protein 35% carbs 15% fat. Hard but the protein really staves of the hunger. I airfry everything and get my protein and healthy fats from chicken, turkey, white fish, tuna and salmon. Like Dave this works for me.

Calorie count, no workout or gym apart from 5mins plank everyday and 8 mins arm workout without weights. X

Same here bubbles, nae gym! F that 😂 walk Muttly horse ride and clean the messy buggers out every morning. 👍

Bubbles, the mucking out part is certainly smellier than the stinkiest off gyms 😂 😂 if you ever need manure for you and Simons garden, give me a shout 😂 jokin aside it is hard work when there’s six shitty stables every morning. I think I need to change my status from semiretired to totally pd off 😆 xx

I always wonder if the portion control is right? I am always within my daily calories, but other people's post look like they have smaller portions to me x

Alternative day fasting and light exercise (dumbells) most days. Slowly but surely it's working.

I do calorie counting and a lot of exercise (5 min in the morning after wake up, gym every 2 days, martial arts 3 times per week, dancing and I want to start parkour and bouldering)

4800m of swimming per week supplemented with body weight exercises, cardio and stretching. Calorie counting for weight loss. Always fasted exercise.
