For the first time since 20th December I feel at 100 percent and yesterday for the first time my eating plan worked so the only one I can blame now is me I foolishly weighed myself this morning like 1 day would make a difference Lol but I do feel better in myself so that’s a start Going to skip weigh in on Monday and weigh in the Monday after should be a decent change by then
