Hi everyone. I am maintaining slow and steady losses, which I am very happy about. Going forward I want to do Monday and Thursday weigh-ins only just to be a bit more consistent and track my progress better. I know once a week is more than enough, but I seem to do better with 2 weekly weigh-ins and it also means I am more strict. Have a great day!
