I am so flipping excited! I got serious this week with the help of my friend Kim motivating me to work out for an hour every morning at the gym. I have also really been watching what I eat and am proud to say I have already lost 10 pds. this week! So my goal is so stay on track and lose at least 50 pds by Christmas and be able to get a family photo taken for the holidays. 1 more pd and I will be moving down a big notch on the lower half of the real scale at the gym!
