Cool, I am back to my recorded weight of my last weigh in. Got a little off track for a bit and it took me a few weeks to get back there. That's cool, this is the LEAST I have weighed in years so i'm good with that. I understand more than ever this is a life long battle I am in for but if I do what I know I am supposed to do the weight WILL come off so I am back in the driver's seat and headed down. Hope anyone reading this is doing well......
