It is barely visible! Did they take the entire thryoid out or leave you a little bit? My mom had the whole thing removed, but my sis had hers "partially" removed.

Caraken_I have surgical scars from my toes up to my jaw line from a surgical life saving procedure. They were such an influence on my negative body issues in my 20 -50 it derailed many of my decisions in those years. I came to realize a scar is just a reminder of my strength to overcome all life in my late 40's. Wear your scars whether visible to others or just yourself as a testament to your will, strength and determination to overcome the impossible. I have a similar scar, but from a tracheotomy in my twenties and for me it is invisible but may be visible to others not familiar with my journey. All the best to you in a life long journey to better health !!
