Hey Fun! I read the article you posted this morning. Thanks! The other day I was eating my breakfast, a slice of ham with peanut butter spread on it. One of my morning vitamins dropped down onto the peanut butter so I ate that pill as it was. I look across the kitchen to see my husband spreading peanut butter on a doggy treat and placing our dog's de-worming pill on the peanut butter to give to Tiger, our dachshund. I thought to myself, "What an odd parallel!" Protein makes me feel strong but I'm not sure I want to look like the guy in the picture! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Thanks again!

Just read the article. I'm printing it off for my sons -- I keep trying to get them to eat protein instead of junk. But, I had to laugh a bit at the article. According to it the best times to eat protein is: breakfast, between meals, before and after gym workouts, and before bed. Which would leave when? Essentially eat protein all day, right? hahahaha.

oh lordie! I'm not on any pills myself...but I think Dave has a good point about comparing you to Jack Nichols....EXCEPT that Jack looks older and heavier in the face AND more scruffy than YOU do! :)

Yes! Bingo! While reading the article - I had the same thought that dheimer had. The primary point of that article is that we should be eating protein morning, noon, and night!
