Well, wasn't going to start until Monday after grocery shopping but found myself eating very well today. Thats a good start considering I found out some heart breaking family news last night.

angiek2...our hormone issues are exactly the opposite...i have no estrogen...plenty of testerone...go figure...but the results are the same...weight gain and ostioparosis (sp?)... good luck and stay in touch
