Blip! Yesterday was not a great day for me, healthwise. It started good, when I ate my healthful breakfast and went to the gym. Then, before I could even do my stretches, chaos struck, and the day became a blur of urgent driving back and forth, while dragging my 3 y/o with me. I had two sausage sandwiches for lunch and then KFC for dinner. My body could not deal with all that, and felt sick afterward. Sometimes, though, these days are good for us, as they remind us how horrible we feel and why we don't want to eat that way any more! Moving on to feeling better!
