It becomes very easy if your head is in the game. I’ve done a few 24h fasts as well as a 36h fast. There are so many benefits! One, I’m no longer bloated! Big win for me.

I'm currently breastfeeding so still seeing if it working out. Hopefully it does because there is a lot of benifits
