Tonight was my cheat night, had my kids over and was hanging for fish and chips lol! Still under my dayly calories but sure it's going to show tomorrow. Felt so guilty but it was so yummy. 😉

Bah, you don't need the guilt. You planned for a cheat night and you enjoyed it. Now carry on! Sometimes I find I (strangely) lose more weight after a bad day, so long as I carry on eating well the next day :)

Today is my cheat day im going to Carb it up 😂😂 I do a cheat day every 2 weeks to trick my body not sure if it works as this is only my 4th week and I haven’t weighted since I started butt I do feel like I’m loosing and getting more toned something must be working

I didn't pick up at all! That's a blessing hahaha! Now back on track! I only had a diet shake for lunch that day to have fish and chips, didn't overindulge. Phew!! Feel relieved 😄

Sometimes eating this type of foods helps. Body don’t get used to of just diet food. Plus u need a cheat day so u feel good. 😀 happy mind is as same important as body.
