When a buddy says, "Are working out? Your pecs look pretty big", or you you look in the mirror and finally start to see some definition in your chest and stomach, you're like, yeah, that's why I do this. This is why I eat clean and work out all the time. This is why I push myself to go pump iron old school style for an hour after work. This is why I get excited to work out most days.

But then sometimes you're still like, I just want to soak in the tub all night. With bubbles and essence of pine. Maybe a duckie. Such a dichotomy.
