Diario di alex c, 22 ott 07

Well Day one is almost over...As for eating, it is over...I think that I did pretty good...I was dissapointed to see when I got on the scale this am that i was up .5 lbs from when I had put my origional info in...But I wanted to be accurate and truthful to myslef...Blah blah....So I did change it so that it was correct. I had salad for lunch, and dinner I had pork tenderloin, spinach, and grilled onions...And a sugar free pudding for dessert..Im pretty sure that I ate way to much of the dinner that I did have, but I was really hungry...One day down, how many more to go...I think that it will get easier and once I start seeing the scale go down I will feel better...It all takes time and DOES NOT happen overnight...Ok, I plan to weigh every day...How often do people log their weights on this site...Daily....weekly....I really enjoy seeing how others are doing....ok, enough ramble for now...

I think most people weigh everyday but don't necessarily log it everyday. I only chart mine once a week. Sounds like you did good today. Be careful with the SF Pudding. you aren't suppose to add that in until ph.2.But sugar free jell-o is allowed on phase 1.

It's hard not to weight yourself everyday. I try to weight myself once a weight...I just can't do it! I just keep in mind when I do weight myself that I am eating MUCH better than I did before SB and that the weight will come off. Stick with it...you will see it come off. The first time I was on SB before my daughter was born I dropped 58 pounds...it will happen!

Weighing in everyday can be disappointing and add unneeded stresses. Try waiting a week, but if you just can't, maybe let it wait until the next day before you do. :) Keep up the great job, we are here to help you if you need us! :)
