I originally started a few weeks back and so far I have lost 9lbs. Just got done with my Detox phase, but I think i am going to stay on this phase for a little while longer. A friend of mine told me about it and he lost about 30 lbs in 3 months.
As of Friday August 29,2008 i weighed in at 154.5, so I had gone down from 163.5 to 154.5 in about 11 days. not bad I guess. Better then nothing right? lol
