Went to WW this morning. Down 1 pound. Happy, but I realize this could be false since I usually go in the evening. See what next Thursday morning brings. Had an ice cream binge last night. I was so disappointed in myself. Home alone. It was after I rode my stationary bike, and I DID mow the lawn too. Just trying to justify it, I suppose. It was more than a serving. A serving would have been ok. This was just too much. I just don't know when to stop. If the container is empty, then I stop. These are issues I will always struggle with. There is not a "quick fix". I will continue to try to be aware.

Right now I having a wonderful salad for lunch. Lettuce, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, tuna, boiled egg with fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Love this dressing! And love what the egg does to the salad. IDK...just me! Have a good day!!
