gooooood sunday morning everyone!!!!! ..day 460......went to friends house yesterday all fired up an ready to work, well...needless to say, nothin went right for him...splitter needed work to get it ready for the season, and he ended up messin with it till early in the afternoon...when i left at 2pm, he was ready to call it a day and said we would do it next week...so i came home..ate a quick lunch, and decided to cut the grass...ended up doing 2 yards an weedeating, as my neighbor has been gone all week, an figured what the heck id do his to, to pay him back for all the time hes cut ours when i couldnt get out in the sun...was a nice 76 yesterday afternoon...in fact when i got done at 5, sun was behind some clouds..so still got a workout in, then came in side..and fought going to sleep before i was ready...but i lost that battle, and thats why im on at 3am...lol...i did have 7 hours of sleep and some days that gets me by just fine...todays plan is to do more ab crunches to start out the day, then to get back on the floor an do more weight routine...wasnt able to bring home any of what i thought i could borrow, so just gonna mossey over to walmarts site an price what i need on ther...he was mad yesterday cause he had loaned out his splitter and the last person that used it, had dropped a piece of wood on the gas tank, and thats what was messed up yesterday ...it was leakin gas...so he said no more loaning anything out...i said no problm ...i understand ...so just gonna see what i can find on wallys site...and early xmas present to myself...lol....i did look at his wifes cardio glider...i wasnt to impressed with it...just went to wally worlds website...now im lookin at total gyms website..the one chuck norris advertizes...yes i like to look before i buy...lol...make sure i dont buy somethin an should of bought somethin better...lol...got enough stuff like that in the past...well gonna go an do some surfin...doesnt burn to many calories, but will have to do for now...catch you all later...have a great day....
