Good for you!! Resist those urges. I usually do well if it's fast food because I can just drive by, or be cheap and tell myself I don't want to spend the money, but if it's at home, then I have a harder time saying no. Your excel file isn't silly if it's motivating you. I love using excel, I know I'm crazy, and haven't even thought of doing that, but it's a great way to track. Keep looking at those numbers going down and that should give you a happy boost for the day. :)
