Thanks ladies💛💛😊😊 Jc, I love glute bridges, they are hard but still manageable😄✌🏼️ I'd have to say the side leg raise is the most brutal...(especially with a band😁)😂 But doing all the exercises are so satisfying in the end💪🏼😎
