Had a tantrum in the car....i don't want stupid chicken and veggies!!! i want a CHEESEburger dipped in ranch, i want a big donut with loads of frosting, i want a bagel with a pound of cream cheese, i want a gallon of nacho cheese on chips, i want cereal with actual milk....UUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Tantrums are allowed, aren't they? :) You know what I do? If I'm good all week I allow myself one cheat meal, anything I want! What I'm finding out is that I do get what I want but I can no longer eat as much. Also, have it during the lunch hour if possible so you can work it off by taking a walk or something. You are doing great Jenny, just keep it up and by all means have tantrums, it keeps us sane. Remember we are all in this together!
