Note to Self: Herniated disc causing a few pains again this week (via a pinched nerve in the Thorasic area) 2 days cleaning eating and 4 days PE sessions with Joe Wicks. VE Day to day, so I'll have a few beers and relax with the family and neighbours today as we're celebrating. :)
