Weight down another couple of ounces... will record in a couple of days. No real workout today! I worked out maybe 15 or 20 minutes and just wasn't feeling it. I think I worked out too much yesterday, over an hour and a half.
Tummy hurts today, probably just anxiety with all the upcoming appointments. EKG tomorrow, blood and chest xray. Nothing that is going to hurt, but I'm anxious about them anyway. Guess because I'm afraid to find out there may be something wrong with my heart. I know the EKG will come back as "abnormal" since a heart rate under 60 is considered abnormal. Mine is generally in the mid 40's. Don't know what the next step is, I'm assuming a cardiologist. Thing is, I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with my heart - just slow from thyroid and slower because of the amount of intense exercise I've been doing. We'll see...no use getting all crazy about something I have no control over, can't change and don't know yet, anyway! I'll be glad when I know, though.
