Today I feel much better. I organised my food intake, I don't feel hungry and I don't crave different sort of food or deserts even though there are temptations at home like my mum's ricotta and almond homemade pie :) I wish all days were that easy but I'm not giving up. It would be a long and difficult journey but I want to take it till the end.
